Certain situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions, may lead to shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be instances where our carriers face unexpected delays. Therefore, we do not guarantee exact delivery times, and any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In case you'd like to cancel your order, please ensure you do so within 24 hours of creating it. If the item has already shipped, simply send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" to request the cancellation. Let me know if you need any further assistance!
INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelt or incorrectly entered your address, please respond to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with extra padding. However, customers report that approximately 1 in 1,000 products arrive damaged due to mishandling by mail services.
